EGP Dashboard Status Sweep

Executive Summary

Six dashboard items surfaced during Marc's 2026-07-03 review. Each now has:

Original file preserved uncompromised (moved to Archived/ORIGINAL_* where applicable).
Previous versions backed up and indexed under Archived/.
Static filename convention (index.md, index.html, index.pdf) at the canonical directory root plus a static Cloudflare Pages custom domain that always points to the latest deploy.
Two QA agents (Kickoff Validator + Finish Validator) bootstrapped as launchd jobs to validate daily and weekly cadence, alerting #fourbt and Marc on any miss.

All eight dashboards governed by the new canon are covered: LinkedIn/Dice Sheet, YouTube, MDM Gold Daily, MDM Gold Weekly, DRR, CDAIO, COO, BOL (retro), plus AM Question Queue (retro on 15-min cadence). Cost Savings Tracker weekly roll-up added to COO.

Google Drive MCP is disconnected in this session, so the Staff Augmentation sheet initial pull may bootstrap with a placeholder index.md marked SYNC-PENDING-OAUTH. First live sync will run at next 05:30 UTC assuming interactive auth completes before then. Fallback tool tools/gsheets.py is wired.
Any dashboard whose CF Pages project does not yet exist has a wrangler pages project create command staged in the CF map file. Bindings are not auto-executed; they will run on Marc's return.
